Step 1 - Suspend the payment release - when you want to change your banking information your first request of the change in banking information will lead to change the payment status from paying to Suspended/ verification required and bank got instruction to not make any further payment on your account unless re-instructed by Cablo finance team.
Step2 - Upload all the relevant documents, like your new bank cheque copy, Your Letter of request to Change your banking information, your valid ID Proof and OTP
Step3 - Our compliance team validate all the documents manually and then activate your account change request. after finishing of the account change request, you again got 2 Step validations with OTP and Email. When you finish the process of activation your account status change to active and then your account start receiving money from Cablo.
