Cablo as a car rental service providers provides protection of Vehicle, Passanger, material and workman as per the prevailing low and regulation. there is certain limited liability that we have.

As a service providers or third party transport agregator company we are having limited liability of direct operation damange and hence advice customer and operator, drivers to read all the liability terms carefully.

The Liability related to accidental Loss, Damage due to Unseen Issue, Damage  and Loss of material, Life or any valualble in covered under vehicle Operation and Transport Insurance. All car, Bus and Any vehicle operated on the platfom of cablo is must have 3rd Party Insurance covered.

Service gurrantee
Any service request accepted by operator/ vendor / driver is whole responsibility of third party to provide without any failure. failure of services lead to panel charges as find appropriate and it can be upto 2 time of trip value.

Third Party Insurance
All vehicle must have third party insurance as per commercial motor vehicle acts. In case of Failed Insurance, Permit or State entry tax, the Liability of impounded vehicle with operator / vehicle owner only.
