Cancel and Refund Terms
 
Since this is a service based solution for you, so there is no refund in standard case and you can not claim the chargeback after services.
 
Ticket and trip cancelation- in the event of ticket and trip cancelation , you are eligible for the refund of your amount in full and part  as per the terms of services. As per the standard terms any car rental services / vehicle rental services  canceled before the commencement of services will get refund as per the terems of refund.

Right of reject

Cablo is full authorised to cancel any trip / Booking / car rental services without any reason to customer before start of the trip. In the event of such cancelation , the refund of advance will be sole descretion of the company and by accepting the booking you are accepting the right of rejection as well.

There is many reason behind the cancelation that includes but not limited to, non-availibility of vehicle in certain location, threat and protection, natural disaster in the area of services, operation team not find customer appropriate for the services,  suspect illigal use of vehicle, the purpose of use not match from booking request, driver not available for services.

 
For Bus Ticketing – cancelation policy will be apply as per the rules of bus operator and written on booking section before final confirmation of booking.
 
All refund will be directly processed by the provision soft private limited or from payment gateway as per the instruction from the provision soft for the same.
 
Vehicle Rentals Trip Cancelation and Refund Terms( applied for all types vehicles )
  • 7 Days Before start of Trip -                      90% Refundable after deduction of 10% as processing fee
  • 7 Days to 3 Days before start of Trip -        50% Refundable after deduction of 50% from booking amount
  • 3 days  to 2 Days before Start of Trip -       25% of booking amount is refundable
  • 2 Days  to 24 Hrs Before Start of Trip -       No Refund will be provided
  • No Show - In case customer not come / or not apear due to any reason , No Refund will be provided
  • When driver and Vehicle Informtion Shared with customer then there is no Refund at all
Note - Any amount less then 30% of deposit amount is not eligible for refund in any case.
 
Return
 
Provision soft is a marketplace for Travel and travel related services hence , return policy not applicable for us.
 
 
 
Shipping
 
All services of provision soft based on tour and travel and hence there is no physical merchandise that required shipping, hence no need to add any shipping address and shipping terms not applicable for our kind of business.
 
 
 
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
Our Most of the services in non-refundable and refund in process as per the terms of services.  Below is the high light of the non-refundable stuff that need to consider.
 
  • Bus Ticketing – any bus ticket after the departure Hour expiry is not refundable at any cost.
  • Hotel Booking and guest House – No refund after completion the check-in times.
  • Cab Booking – Non refundable if driver reach the pickup point then customer not come or come reject the trip due to any reason
